Any combination of coaching, mindset training or self-healing goals. Sample Sessions includes a total of 4 hours split between 1-4 sessions in time increments of your choice, held by phone or Zoom (audio or video).

This session includes support and suggestions for continued positive changes, including holistic processes, self-healing tools, as well as between-session integration recommendations and homework, tailored to your unique experience to empower long-term positive changes in your life.
